if They Hacked your Account you Can Get Back Into It By Hitting Forgot Password

Than Use One of the Recovery Methods

Email Phone Name Or Username you Can use One Of Those Options to Recover your Account Enter it into the Forgot Password Box And you Can Than Reset Your Password and Get Back Into your Account

Since They Took 65 Dollars Out Using your Credit Card i Would Recommend Calling your Bank Right Away And Report the Suspicious Activity To Them
