It's a toss-up:

*Creepy/creep/creeper - Just used way too often, and has oftentimes been used to classify misunderstood socially awkward guys rather than people who deserve to be given the label.

*Stalker/stalking - See "creepy" above. The same applies here, except that it equates a serious and generally malicious crime with anything that can be considered remotely intrusive (however benign).

*YOLO - Does this one even need to be explained? -_-

*Swag/swagger - As with YOLO, no explanation needed.

*Hashtag - Yuck. It reminds me of hashbrowns; why not just say "tag" or something?

*Gay - Especially when used in a derogatory sense. Fortunately people have kind of reigned in on this one.

f@g/f@ggot - As above with "gay".
