I think you have to be careful on online dating sites, where most people lie about their age and jobs, and appearance. She doesn't know anything about these people, and has to be more careful. There are different kinds of predators in the world hiding behind computer screens. It's idiotic to trust people you've never met. You are not prudish, you're intelligent to think about the ramifications.
