You tell her the truth, and then you unfriend and block this guy. He isn't a friend of yours if he was cuddling up to you while another woman was in the picture. He wasn't single, so in essence, he was willing to cheat on you too. At the very least, he's been completely dishonest with you and has already proven he isn't a trustworthy partner.
