That's tough. If you really care for her and don't want to lose what you have as friends you might want to try to talk to her about it in a non "in your face" kind of way. Ask her what her thoughts are on the issues concerning the LGBT community. Be direct but polite that you don't want this to hinder your friendship. But ultimately it will be up to her to accept who you are or not. I wish you luck. Maybe your friend just doesn't know how to feel about the information and a simple conversation will clear everything up. I hope that is the case.
