Does 'seeding' torrents cost you ? Can 'seeding' be disabled ? If yes, how ?

Yes it does take bandwidth but if you have an unlimited internet plan it is not going to make a difference. However if you want to disable it , right click on the torrent then Bandwidth allocation then you'd want to click on 'set upload limit' and reduce it to 1kbps which is equal to nill. And if you are done downloading the file then simply click stop to stop the upload.
