it sucks but why does it bother you so much? i dont want to sound rude but you're acting like you need society as if you rely on them. if they know it bothers you then they;re obviously going to use it to their advantage. the next time you see them girls you flash a smile in their direction and carry on walking. don't attempt to make friends with people who once left you because if it really bothers them then they can come to you. in a few years time i can guarantee none of this will matter to you. just focus on the choices you make now that will affect you in the long run because things could be like this today but change next week. and most people believe in karma tbh so if they turned on you like then karma suggests that one day, when they least expect it, it'll happen to them.
