You should check all the below factors before use it.

1. Check Website's Page Rank
2. Check Whois Data for Domain Age (More than 1 year old site would be good)
3. Check Domain Authority in Opensiteexplorer.org ( should be min. 30/100)
4. Check Page Authority in Opensiteexplorer.org ( should be min. 30/100)
5. Check Social Integration

If any site will be pass all these factors, It would be safe.
