Should I Just Give Up? Is She Even Interested? Should I Wait?

There's this girl i met last year in college and i never really built up the courage to say anything. The summer after our first year i added her as a friend on Facebook and made terrible flirty comments fishing for one in return.

This year i decided to talk to her and tell her how deeply i feel for her and how much i want to be with her so as a set up i asked her when is she free and if could hang out and she wanted to as well. Stood me up. I felt devastated and her excuse was being tired and falling asleep through our "date." She apologized but then i guilted her by saying how much i was looking forward to it and then poured my feelings out so she could have a better understanding of how i feel and that i didn't mean to make her feel bad. Then she said she "teared up" because nobody has ever been this sweet to her and that she's not good at expressing how she feels. This time she set up the next date and i agreed. I was stood up again, and of course i was broken-hearted and i didn't talk to her for a week not because i was being a big baby but because I wad giving her time to explain why she missed this one and i just sent her "So it's just done and over with like that :/?" She replies like 3 minutes after saying that she has a lot of work and not enough time for a boyfriend and not to say that we're done and over. I said i understand and "I feel a lot better actually because after Friday I just thought it was over and wanted to just end it because I wasn't gonna drive myself crazy anymore, but that's really hard to do when it's someone you're crazy about... I'm glad you're focusing on school work, keep going, I'm behind you 200% of the way... " She didn't reply after that. That was last month and between now and then and even while we were talking it seems like she tries to avoid me and tries anything to not sit with me at breakfast, lunch or dinner unless im next to someone she knows and knows no one else. Only when I sit by her she says hi and leaves shortly after i show up without saying bye.

I really really like her and want to be with her, but if she says she doesn't have time for me what can I do about it? I'm not asking for all of her time, I just want to be with her and knowing that i'm with her is enough... I just want to know what the "F" is going on...
