Why do you think it is necessary to find "meaning" and "understanding" in your life? Do you really think that if you find these two myths your life will improve?

The problem is that what has meaning for you now will not have meaning for you in a year, or a week, or even tomorrow.

So rather than search outside yourself for some sort of constant, why not direct the search inward and find out who and what you are.
