first concentrate on your products.... good quality of products will really grows your business..
secondly concentrate on your customer.. the needs of the customers might be different from one to other... try to understand their needs.... make friendship with customers.... provide additional services like.. free home delivery to your customer... then your products and your customers will help to develop your busines..
