She sounds like she might be anorexic, and maybe has been on thinspo...

I went though i similar situation as her and my best friend was there to support me. She made me promise her that i would eat three meals aday, and that if i didnt she would skip a meal her self in order to compensate for how i upset her and how important eating meals was. The thing is the thought of her putting herself in pain for me made me realise that our friendship was more important than my wieght.

Since she hasnt mentioned this stuff try not to obessess over her , made sure she knows you care
