Employers have freedom to hire who they deem fit. People still have freedom of speech but that doesn't mean you don't have to be responsible wit hwhat you do.

With that asking for any password is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

BQ: I would give access to my pages (if I had them) but not any login info. I don't have a Facebook/twitter or anything like that account. The people I want to know what I am thinking know it from me. People wanting everyone to know every aspect of their lives are destined to pay for it somewhere down the line.
