He just started. Justin Bieber has been on his 'My World Tour' since the beginning of July of 2010 it ended on May 19, 2011 and he went on his South American tour which started on September 30, 2011. He quit his 'My World Tour' meaning he is going on his 'Believe Tour' so that his 'Believe Tour' is going to be completely different from his 'My World Tour' we don't really know what they have planned or what its really going to be like yet. Justin Bieber has 2 albums coming up one is going to be called 'Under The Mistletoe' which is a Christmas album and it will be released in stores on November 1, 2011 and he has another album which will be called 'Believe' and that will be out in stores on November 15, 2011. He will be touring with both of these albums. He has a new song called 'Mistletoe' he sang it live at his concert in Brazil and it went #1 on iTunes 2 days ago and yesterday it showed his music video for that song on MTV yesterday night and Usher (Justin Bieber's mentor) said on Twitter to Justin Bieber's Beliebers that if we get 'Mistletoe' to #1 on iTunes which we did lol they are going to release their duet together and their song is called 'Chestnuts' I'm not exactly sure when its going to be out but it will be out very soon. Justin Bieber wouldn't quit his tour just like that. He is going to have several different tours in the future.
