Well, some folks have donated to various gay and lesbian charities. Others volunteered to work for LGBT crisis hotlines and youth centers, or post videos for the IGB project. Many more simply post a status on Facebook or Twitter saying "omg this is 2010! People shouldn't have to feel like killing themselves cause their gay! #GayRights"

Unfortunately, a lot of these suicides, along with the reality of being an LGBT teenager, are ignored by the mainstream media.
