Why is he adding girls from same country as me?

I went on a date with a guy about a week ago. He seemed interested and said that I was very cute and that I had pretty eyes. He even mentioned that we should meet up again at some point. Anyway, he was quite surprised by the fact, that I had an American accent (he didn't know this before meeting me) and asked me questions about America (He is from the UK).

Anyway, we're not friends on facebook but I recently found his profile on there. I saw that he had recently added two random girls from the US.

Why would he be adding girls from the US a week after meeting me? Was he fascinated by my accent or what?

If you recently found his profile, then how can you be sure that he added the girls after he met you? Maybe he likes American girls in general and always adds them.

He might think they suite him better or are easy in some way. Maybe he prefer the distance because feels more safe and is not real.

Seems like he's interested in American girls in general. Hate to say it, but if he's adding other American girls, it means he's still looking and not interested.
