Why does my instagram wont let me take photos?

My instagram on Incredible s (Andriod)
which i just updated and i thought it'll help
it doesn't take front photos it only takes back
like if i take a front photo it'll go all weird, stretch the photo and you wont be able to see it
So what can i do to fix this?

In the top right corner there is a camera icon with arrows going around the bottom when you are going to take a picture. If this doesn't work you can take a picture from your regular camera first, and then just upload it to Instagram from your camera roll.
