Editing photos for Instagram?
I know that you can edit pictures on another app before uploading them to instagram and I was just wondering what's the best apps to get the effect I want?
I'll show you some examples.. http://distilleryimage7.ak.instagram.com...c66c_7.jpg http://distilleryimage5.ak.instagram.com...07f6_7.jpg But yeah I know there's an app you can use to make pictures like that How Ads |

You can do that with photoshop or GIMP. GIMP is free, but some of those techniques will take a while to figure out.
There's a ton of apps and software out there - I'm sure there are other options as well. ~ Ads |

Theres an app called afterlight which allows you to use all sorts of light leak filters etc which aren't available on instagram. The blurry or 'duplicate' effect seen in the first image is most likely created using an app called PixlrExpress which allows you to duplicate the same photo in various opacities over your original image.
I hope I've helped. My instagram is @stephrumore |

Actually, this kind of effect is not determined by what kind all app.
If the photo editing has the layer or overlay function. You just load one of your photos and adjust position of each photo layer. And adjust the transparency of each one. Then you can get it. You can try the app from Fotor (http://www.fotor.com) Or pic art> |
