In a Facebook group but not in a Facebook group?
One of my school's clubs that I'm in made a Facebook group the other day and originally it was an open group so I requested to join. Then the creator made it private before my request was approved. Now whenever I go to the group it only shows the people who are in the group currently and at the top it still says my request was sent. Under the members section it says I was invited into the group and I receive email notifications when people post there. I never received an invite and I've already tried canceling my request then requesting again and making sure my notifications for group invites are on. Any advice?

Send a message to the group admin, either to approve you or add you to the group again.
