IPhone 5 volume not working HELP!!!!?

I have an iPhone 5 and I can hear everything but Instagram. I press the volume buttons and the bell with the bars won't show up and this is with both buttons and it will only show up if I press silent or unsilent any advice

This happened to my iphone. Just go to settings then sounds then theres a change with buttons on/off button.

if its off, turn it on and adjust(Mine was on)


if it's on, press off. Reinstall instagram and while it installs turn it on.
