Instagram collage app?

On instagram there were some accounts that made some really cool collages. They wouldn't tell people what app they used because they wanted to "stay original". They didnt use apps like picstitch or instaframe, etc. can u help me tell what apps?

I took a look at thatsoperf uploads. Neat pictures!
I don't know what "app" she is using, but she's just using photos she found on the internet to make a collage.

This can easily be done in Adobe PhotoShop or GIMP-- sent to your iPhone, and then uploaded on instagram.
