why cant i load additional comments on instagram?

why cant i load additional comments on instagram?
if i look at comments on instagram it only gives me around 5 comments. After that there is a button "load additional comments" and when i press it it says it can't. Does anyone know how to fix it?

It appears to be an issue with the site. Try contacting the staff there and report the issue.
