Instagram tags are not working.?

My instagram tags are not working. I don't have it on as Private.
I tried reinstalling it, I tried reuploading the picture.
It's been like this for a month now.
I even tried logging in and out a lot...

Still doesn't work.

What do I do?
I want it fixed.
