Is Facebook down for anybody else?

I accessed it fine earlier today. But now, it seems to be glitching. Everytime I go to Facebooks page, I get this http://tinypic.com/r/vy86jl/5

And none of the links are working. I've reloaded the page, I've restarted the browser, I even updated my Adobe Flash..
And I'm also using Firefox. Windows 7 64 bit.
That's weird..My internets fine! Its not being slower than usual or anything. Its still fast..I'll keep trying

The homepage loads in that format when it thinks your internet speed is slow.

It happens sometime.

Close/refresh the page.

Your internet might be an issue, doesn't seem to be loading properly. But facebook is working fine.
