help please! disabled email for facebook account?

I try to create an account on the facebook but after writing all my information a message appear a say this email is disabled, what does this mean?
Actually, 2 years ago, I found a message from facebook that I have created an account and i have to confirm this message, being uninformed about how to deal with this site, I suggested that someone created it to me so I chose disable this account because I didn't know who create it . so, how to create an account to me now. is it for ever? I sent a message to the administration of facebook but no reply.

no you cant make account with that email which is disabled or blacklisted by facebook

you have create new email and facebook account!!!!
