Instagram help needed!!!?

so I've had instagram for aaaaages now, I know how it works and stuff, but recently EVERY photo I upload isn't putting my hash tags on!! and when I comment on a photo it will be there then, I go off the photo and go back on and it wont be there!!!!! really starting to get on my last nerve!! I've uninstalled and installed countless times, I dont know or get why its not doing it!!! helppppppp

Try updating your device to the latest iOS (iOS 7.0) my instagram is stuffing up as well!
