Where do I go to make my own apps?

I have recently wanted to try my hand at making apps for the app store. I watched a video a while back where this kid gave you a website to go to so you could try making your own apps but I can't remember. So if someone could give me a good website to go to (since there is so many) that would be awesome. Thank you in advance.

You can make your own apps on facebook and if you want to earn through your apps you should join google apps and make thier apps. I hope if you mak apps at google apps your apps will be go on top and you will earn much money.
