my friend is friend with my enemy?

after the classmates meetings, i went to my home with myclassmate(female) because we live near each other. when we walked to our homes, she started to talk about my relationship status and gave me advice that you should have a girlfriend, though i dont care and even say nothing about it, she knew that i never had a gf. and she said may be i can be your best or gf, but i didn't pay attention this topic. so we changed our topics and the more we talk the more i faith in her and i told her my secrets and said don't tell anyone. talking about my secret or things was nice to me because of some kind of aloof person and i am not trust any one except my parents and i have ocd, bipolar,paranoid,and an inferiority complex. then after that day we chat with facebook and she said i walked with blablalba (just give it this nickname who is my enemy) to store while talked about bunch of stuff. i think she doesn't know that blablalba and me are enemies. blablalba definitely knew that previous day the girl and i went to our homes together. so i guess while they are walking blabalba asked about me, and i am kinda suspicious that the girl told my secret to my enemy, even though she said to me i won't never tell anyone. whether she told or not i am kinda nervous now
