How can I change the dimensions of this photo to fit the Facebook Timeline Cover dimension?

Hi, plz help me. I really like this photo and I want to add it as my fb timeline cover image. Photoshop won't work, I already tried. Plz tell me how to make it 350 mega pixels long and 850 wide. Or, if you could do it and print it as the answer, it would be better. Thanks!!!

you Can Resize it using a Photo Editor Program or a Online Photo Editor Like Picnik.com good luck

Your image is 240 pixels wide by 320 high.
If you take the width to 850 pixels and keep the same aspect ratio you will get an image 1133 pixels high.
It is possible in Photoshop to adjust the hight and width without locking the aspect ratio, but then your image would be distorted.
