Instagram Following Problem.?

So today I was doing a trick to get up my followers on Instagram, it worked for the few seconds but while i was on the " Instagram " page i was following and unfollowing every 3 seconds and eventually I was dumb enough to spam click the follow/unfollow button. Now if i try to follow someone, it works for 1 second, then goes back to the blue " follow " button.

NOTE:

* I CAN STILL UNFOLLOW PEOPLE I JUST CANT FOLLOW , THIS HAS BEEN OCCURING FOR OVER 12 HOURS *
