Why can't I get a Facebook Timeline?

I've had a Facebook since March 31 and I can't get a Timeline. Why?
There is no green button.

then click on the green button that says "get timeline"

Go to the bottom and click Add timeline.Your done

Make sure your FB is logged in your browser

your account has to be 30 days old - so May 1st you will have the option

SAME ISSUE WITH ME!! Im almost ready to strangle the next person who tells me to do any of the following;

1)Go to the "introducing timeline page" and press the green "GET IT" button.
ITS NOT THERE ON ANY COMPUTER I USE!!!

2)There's a wait time.
BULLS**T! My son started a facebook page 2 weeks ago and has it already.

3)Not available in some locations.
See above. My son uses my computer.

If anyone knows PLEASE help us with this.
