what does it mean if a guy likes your facebook picture?

That he likes the photo, obviously.
There's a few types of likes like that:-
A- if he's just a friend then he's probably liked it as a friend.
B- if he's liking loads of photos then he wants you.
C- if you don't know him and he's liking your photos and he's really weird then delete him he's a creep

Please don't put so much importance on what someone "likes" on FB. He clicked on "like" because he "likes" your picture -- he doesn't "dislike" it. It doesn't mean anything more than that. Don't you sometimes "like" a comment that you read that someone else has posted?

either means he thinks you're pretty, its a nice picture, or he likes you. Have fun finding out which one.
