why are young teens not doing Facebook?

ive been heard of them that when they were 10 and not allowed to open facebook, they found other social networks in apps by the time they got phones, when they turn 13 and can open facebook they dont wana, why?

Why do you think police and management people keep track of their employees on facebook. These younger kids are smart enough not to get started on a social network web site where they can be "followed" for years to come by parents, friends or enemies, colleges, possible employers and the authorities.
