Facebook timeline help please?

If you get the time-line on facebook and realize you don't like it, how can you get rid of it? Or can you?

You can get rid of it, however there is no point as Mark Zuckerberg ( owner of Facebook) has already said that in just a few days it will be compulsory and therefore evey facebook user will have to have it and you cannot change it.

there is no way to get rid of it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook
