ok, so someone asked for 5rts and I didn't know what he meant, what does it really mean?

I think he means he wants you to retweet 5 of his tweets.

rt means retweet . retweeting someones tweet is easy just go to their tweet and there will be an option right below the tweet for retweet .. 5rts means go to his profile and retweet 5 of his tweets ..
