Never met this girl but seems really interested...?

Okay, so a couple days ago I got added on facebook by this girl, she messaged me on there so we starting speaking, As I only have one picture she asked if I have anymore or any other app that allows you to have a profile picture, I said I don't and she goes well I guess you'll have to have my number and I got both days we have stayed up until the morning texting, first day 1 and the second day 3. I've never seen this girl before she lives in my area (And I've seen about 200 pictures of her, so know she is real) But she seems very interested for instance she calls me gorgeous and beautiful, and I told her I had to go hospital today and she seemed worried saying I better not be going alone and basically saying she doesn't want me to be alone and stuff.

What is this?
Yes, we have mutual friends we have 7 I think, plus some girls I speak to in college know her, plus she has like 200 pictures of her and they are all the same, plus what she says add up

Do you know this "girl" actually exists? Does anybody you know know her? If she's your age and in your town, you would have at least ONE mutual friend.

It's very easy to invade someone's old MySpace account and post hundreds of pix of someone else and create a FB profile.

How desperately lonely are you, that some random stranger Friending you out of the blue and giving you a cell phone number becomes a real option?

Tell her you want to Skype her, talk to her on the phone, meet somewhere.
If she comes up with even one excuse, you're being catfished.
