So tonight my guy friend and I were talking on steam and he and I were being flirty like usual so he had to go off his computer to his phone so we moved the conversation to Facebook and Uhm...he told me he liked me and I like him. I have liked him for a while and it is what I want and he said he has something to tell me when he sees me in person and I asked if it was bad or good and he said hopefully good....I assume he wants to ask me out? I don't think I can be just friends with him but if I ever lose him because of this...idk man seems tough.he may try and kiss me Friday ...this is what I think about being with him should I just go for it?this feels surreal. I did suspect he liked me but yeah ^^

ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh i was in your position just 7 months ago.
So my boy best friend for like 3 months is named Forrest. We texted everyday all day and it was the best thing ever. I loved him like a brother and then it soon turned into more. I started feeling like I wanted to be with him but i was so scared to ask him about it AND act on it because of our friendship. He was so amazing with me and I just never ever wanted to lose him. So one day, i was at his house and he randomly put his arm around me. Of course I kinda freaked out inside because it wasn't exactly what we normally did being best friends... and then he pulled me down on top of him on his bed. (HARMLESS, nothing naughty) we just laid there hugging each other and it was perfect. From then on we knew we had something for each other. Sometimes the risk is worth it. We are now together, been for 6 months and i cannot explain how much i truly love him with all my heart.Im recovering from depression and anorexia and he is my #1 supporter and helps me through anything. I really suggest going for it. If he likes you, and you like him, then pursue. If you don't, you will only regret it if he gets a girlfriend, and he will regret it if you get a boyfriend. Trust me, been here, done this and I think you should really really go for it It may very well be the best decision you will ever make.
