How do I act like DCI Gene Hunt?

Hi, I'm in school and I'm sick and tired of being called "weak". I really love the BBC TV show Ashes to Ashes, so I thought I would try to act like DCI Gene Hunt from said show. I have also seen Life on Mars, but I think the 80s epitomise Gene Hunt.
It sounds a stupid question but just HOW do I act like him. I don't want answers that say "watch the show" I want proper bullet points of things that will make me seem most like him etc.
