umm not really. you might need to make your facebook page more private but if they already added you then they could.

Yes and its good evidence too. But do you realise that they can even count and read emails. Daily activity and times and dates. Also mouse clicks.

The company may use any information in the public domain. That is to say, anything which the general public can access, so can they. If your facebook page is not available to the public, for example only to friends and relatives then no they cannot. The difficulty arises when it's not public information but they have legitimate access to it. For example, if they were on your friends list on Facebook. In that circumstance I'd seek legal advice as to the best way to proceed. Good luck
