Privacy questions about Facebook?
Hi,
I'm new to Facebook and I'm having trouble achieving the things I want to have in private. 1) how to set my profile to where someone that is not my friend is not able to see my wall posts, or pictures, or anything. 2) is there a way to set my pictures in private where my already added friends aren't allowed to see my pictures but just my default one? 3) how do you search a friend using their e-mail? Thanks. Ads |

1-Go to drop down menu at the top right of the page and click on Privacy Settings. Then edit the "How you Connect" default settings, there will be an option to make your posts hidden.
You can also change some other settings there. To make your photos private,go to the photo album , over the photos in the album ,Click on the button named Edit Album. There will be a privacy settings, choose Friends only and then click Save. Then go to the next album and repeat the same step.Apart from that, there will also be an option to add more photos and delete the album. 2-Sorry,I don't know the answer. 3-Just Put the email address of the person in the search box at the top, after typing the full address, you will be able to see the person's profile. If don't,then check the email address again. |
