What type of "Video Editing Software" am i Looking for (details inside)?
For the past few months, i've been looking for a Video Editing Software, or "Movie Making Software" that fits the needs in which i am looking for. I'm willing to put money forth, so take that into consideration (as i am looking to get the best guarantee possible).

Here's what i'm looking for (multiple options):

1. An animation software in which you don't necessarily have to draw the animation in a frame by frame setting. I know that's probably asking for a lot, but if it simply doesn't exist...then what's the best frame by frame animation software? (Lol)

2. This is the one i'm mainly concerned about. I'm looking for a program that allows me to make the highest quality of "Text based Videos." now before you start preaching "coding". I'm trying to illustrate that its usually those videos where it's mainly just text fluttering around over different backgrounds...usually to illustrate an awesome message. Like there was one where someone was doing social media, and he went through and had it type out his words that he was saying on all of the different status updates, and then at the end the words formed in the clouds. Something like that is mainly what im looking for.

3. If all else fails, i mainly want one in which i can add many awesome effects.

Thank you Guys and Gals,
Just recommendations and possibly explanations as to what they do are appreciated.

What you're looking for is called "infographics".

After Effects; $240/year
http://adobe.com/products/aftereffects.html

Blender; free alternative to Maya ($3,700) and After Effects ($240/year).
http://blender.org

After Effects uses "layer-based" compositing and Blender uses "node-based" compositing. Blender also has more advanced features but After Effects is easier to use.

The easiest and most detailed tutorial on how to use Blender is Neal Hirsig's tutorial at
http://gryllus.net/Blender/3D.html

Start with the first four lessons of Neal Hirsig's tutorial.

Lesson 1: http://gryllus.net/Blender/Lessons/Lesson01.html
Lesson 2: http://gryllus.net/Blender/Lessons/Lesson02.html
Lesson 3: http://gryllus.net/Blender/Lessons/Lesson03.html
Lesson 4: http://gryllus.net/Blender/Lessons/Lesson04.html

Blender is 100% free with full functionality, no adware, no spyware, and no viruses, and you're allowed to use Blender in any production without having to pay for anything.
