What apps do people use to edit their photos on Instagram???
I'm not talking about filters. I'm takin about those pictures where people make their pupils look like a flower or a galaxy. Or when it looks like they're flying. Any app suggestions???

On the iPhone, you can take a picture on photo booth, edit it all you want (to be flying, or anything), then upload it to instagram.

all my instagpics are edited on several apps for Iphone
Fotor photo editor http://www.fotor.com/iphone/index-pes.html
Sometimes i use picsart .
You can download two or three editor to use,cos one app cant deal with all the effects.
The process of editing is really fun.
