Well I got the same thing with my account in yahoo & facebook to unlock my account don`t do it it is a trick for you to unlock your account and God knows what may happen from there on.Just make your account password stronger and do not tell know one your password. Good Luck

That's not from Yahoo - delete it
Go to any PC (not mobile device) and log out then log back into your account. Then change your password.
