I don't think you can upload music directly to a profile but I believe you can get music by entering Facebook applications. Otherwise, copy and paste a link from YouTube or wherever onto a wallpost or status.

you can add the projectplaylist application but first you have to make a playlist at http://projectplaylist.com before you can use it on your FB profile.
