Inviting friends on facebook from a group?

How do you add friends (facebook members) to join your group on facebook? Step by step...

Click your group.

Then click the link on the right that says 'Invite People to Join'

Select your friends from the list by checking the box next to their names.

You can invite any of your Facebook friends to join a global group. If the group is network specific (e.g., a group that is only on the Stanford network), you can invite any of your friends that are members of that network.

you can click invite people to join and select FROM YOUR FRIENDS,
but you cannot invite people that aren't your friends... a member of this group can invite them if he is friend of them
