How do I go about creating my own website?

I run my own Facebook page and have built up a pretty good fan base over the last 2 years or so. (1650 likes.) I have become very interested in making my own actual website now where I could post things and people could write back and to each other. However I have no idea how to go about setting one of these websites up. Also, do you have to be 18 or over to do this because I'm only 15. Thanks

yes, you do have to be 18 because it requires a credit card.

Well... no, you don´t have to be 18. There is more ways how to make a website. Since you are doing it mainly for fun (if i understand it well) I doubt you will hire an expensive proffesional.

So... you cam use any free website builder. It doesn´t matter how skillful you are, you will be able to control them. There is plenty of them, for your purposes I would recommend you Wix or Webnode. Personally, I am using Webnode.
