Starting a clothing line?

I have a few questions..
I have ideas of what I want my products to look like but I can't sew yet. I'm wondering is there a place I could send a Prototype and have them send me my product back? Or send a sketch and have them send me a sample back? I also have a name I would like to use, I've looked on twitter and instagram and no one else has that name so I grabbed the usernames but how would I go about getting it trade marked ? I know this is going to be a long process and I'm willing to learn before I jump into it but what are the basics? Money really isn't the issue, its getting started where I'm having the problems. I'm pretty good at networking and marketing so all I really need to know is how to get started. I'm going for more a an urban look "crewnecks, hoodies, tshirts" if you could tell me what steps I would have to take that would be great.
