Instagram won't allow me to delete comments?

I recently posted a photo on Instagram and I had commented and I tried to delete my comment but as I attempt it disappears then reappears when I refresh the page again. I have tried on the phone app, Instagram site and statigram site. I also tried my brothers phone but it's all the same problem and just my account. Other people can still see it as well which is annoying!! I can delete comments I have posted after but not that one, help!
I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice as well as force closing the app.

At This Point you Have Done All you Can Do Its a Error With Instagram you Cant Fix it The Instagram Team Will Have to Correct The Problem Please Contact Instagram And Report the Problem To Them
