How the F do I customize FB Timeline after it's published!?

Okay, went ahead and got Timeline yesterday and published it without knowing that you had 7 days to tweak it first. I want my Work & Education history to be visible when someone views my FB main page. Curreently when someone views my FB page thay see my banner pic, my pic, beneath that is my current employer/studied at/lives in/date of birth. I want Work & Education to be shown under that! I know it's possible, all of my friends have it set up like that. WTF!

Do I have to use the nuclear option and just delete my FB and re-do it from nothing!? I will use the nuclear option if FB forces my hand.

I've been viewing tutorial, all that crap, all they show how to do is add pics and pin stories to the top of your Timeline.

use the audience selectors to hide the things like "studied at" and "lives in" and "date of birth" so that "work and education" is all that is shown
