How come I can't make a gmail or google account on Tor?
I want to go on YouTube and comment all sorts of bullshit and rants. But they always want you're number and they say that I'm from an unknown location.
and the same thing applies for Facebook? any ideas on how I can go through these stupid barriers? Ads |

Service providers like YouTube, Gmail, etc. take measures to minimize abuse of their systems (spam, etc.) By design, Tor is constantly using different IP addresses. If you try to sign up with these providers and use 20 different IP addresses each time you submit information during sign up, they're going to know something is up. Additionally, the list of Tor exit node IP addresses are available and they could simply block on those as well.
Anyways, you shouldn't do anything on Tor that you wouldn't do without Tor. Ads |
